Working on your spiritual and soul basis, we delve deep into why you have trauma, lack of confidence, no self belief, etc. and retrain your brain from all the negative that you have been lead to believe. Giving you a new outlook, new you and new realisations that you are truly amazing and nothing to hold you back nor limited beliefs. Each week cover a different aspect that we have to work through. You also receive personal guided meditations. You will receive an initial 60 minute consultation so we can go over all your issues and what you wish to release and rebuild. You will then receive 8 sessions over 8 weeks where we will implement your spiritual counselling and heart/Soul healing. Supporting you from trauma, through transition and into transformation by working with your higher self to move you on from your past. You will feel like a new person with no issues in your entire being (mindset, body, emotions and spiritual energy).
