Full Moon Release Circle 🌕🌊 Join me on May 31st at 7pm for a gentle, grounding Full Moon Release Circle by the sea — a space to pause, reflect, and let go of what’s been weighing on you. We’ll gather on Killens Ballywalter Beach, surrounded by the natural elements, to slow down and reconnect. Under the energy of the full moon, this will be a safe and supportive space where you’re invited to release anything that’s been holding you back — old patterns, past hurt, anger, resentment, or anything you feel ready to leave behind. Together, we’ll: ✨ Begin with a guided meditation to settle into the moment ✨ Reflect and share (only if you feel called to) ✨ Write down what we’re ready to release ✨ Take part in a gentle symbolic release ritual ✨ Close with intention, clarity, and a sense of lightness Please bring: 🕯 A journal or paper & pen 🧥 Warm layers/blanket (it may get chilly) Exchange: £20 per person Spaces are limited — message me to reserve your spot 🤍 This is your time — to breathe, to release, and to step forward with a little more space in your heart.
